Our Team

The people who run your event

Corporate events are bought on trust in specific people, not on a company description. Keystone is senior-led: the person who scopes your event is the person accountable for it on site.

Leadership

Client strategy and account leadership.

How we staff an event

Senior-led, no hand-offs to juniors.

One accountable lead

The person who scopes the program owns it through delivery. Nothing is handed to a junior after the proposal is signed.

Technical direction

Staging, lighting, audio, video and comms specified by production leadership and issued to suppliers as a documented requirement.

On-site show-calling

Keystone leadership on comms from load-in through load-out, calling the run-of-show live.
Working with us

What senior-led actually means in practice.

Scoping

Your first conversation is with the person who will be accountable for the programme, not with a salesperson who hands you over afterwards.

Through the build

One lead across venue, vendors, technical direction and run-of-show. One escalation path when something moves.

On site

Keystone leadership present from load-in through load-out, on comms, calling the show. Not checking in.

References

Named client references with programme detail are provided under NDA during a capability review. Most of our clients run stakeholder-sensitive programmes and do not publish their suppliers.

Working alongside your team

Where you have an internal events function, we come in as the production and technical arm rather than replacing them.

Getting started

Twenty minutes to understand what is ahead on your calendar, then a scoped fixed-fee proposal with a complete breakdown.
