AGM Production Toronto
An annual general meeting is a corporate event with a legal spine. The run-of-show is a compliance document as much as a schedule, and the parts that must go right — quorum, resolutions, voting, the record — are the parts nobody sees.
Most corporate events can absorb a five-minute slip. An AGM cannot absorb a failed vote, an inaudible motion, or a shareholder who could not connect to the webcast. The consequences are not reputational, they are procedural, and they attach to the corporate secretary rather than to marketing.
That changes what production is for. The staging is simple, the content is short, and almost all of the work sits in redundancy, sequence and record-keeping. Keystone produces AGMs and statutory meetings for corporations, associations, pension organizations and member bodies across Toronto and Canada.

Where AGMs actually go wrong.
- Quorum confirmed and minuted at the moment the bylaws require, not retroactively at the end.
- Voting platform tested end to end with real scrutineers before the meeting, including the tabulation and results display.
- Proxy reconciliation completed and reconciled against live attendance before the first vote.
- Redundant encoding paths on the webcast, because a dropped stream during a resolution is a procedural problem rather than a technical one.
- Every microphone that carries a motion, a second or an objection on a redundant path and recorded.
- A moderated question queue with a documented policy, agreed with the chair before the meeting opens.
- A rehearsed contingency for a failed vote, a lost connection and a contested count.
- The chair rehearsed against the script, with timing guidance and the procedural cues in front of them.
