Product launch delivery

How we run a launch.

Reveal as a cue sequence

Lighting state, audio sting, video playback, screen or curtain movement, presenter position and product placement — timed to the frame and rehearsed until repeatable, not until it has worked once.

Demo engineering

Dedicated hardwired network isolated from guest wifi, a rehearsed operator, and a rehearsed fallback that reaches the same narrative beat without drawing attention to the failure.

Redundancy where it counts

Duplicate playback and audio paths on the reveal cue specifically. A launch does not need redundancy everywhere; it needs it absolutely on the moment the room is there for.

Two lighting designs

One for the room, one for camera. They are rarely the same, and they are reconciled at dress rehearsal rather than discovered in the edit.

Media operations

Press check-in, embargo timing built into the run-of-show as a named cue with an owner, media positions with confirmed sightlines and a clean audio feed.

Capture for the amplification window

Multi-camera capture and a b-roll plan agreed with comms in advance, so the day produces usable assets rather than one wide shot.
