Build the events the country's leaders remember.
Keystone is growing. We're expanding our team across Toronto and Ottawa — the people who bring strategy, production discipline, and calm on-site leadership to high-visibility corporate events across Canada.
A firm built on certainty.
We deliver conferences, executive summits, galas, and stakeholder events where reputation is on the line and there is no second take. Our work is equal parts strategy and execution — and the standard is simple: not merely run, but delivered with confidence.
As our client roster grows across Canada, we're adding people who share that standard. If you stay calm when a room of 500 is watching, you'll fit here.

Toronto & GTA
6 rolesEvent Coordinator / Project Coordinator +
The role
The engine room of every Keystone program. You'll keep complex corporate events organized end to end — timelines, vendors, documents, and details — so nothing slips between planning and the day itself. Ideal for someone early in their events career who is exceptionally organized and wants to grow into a lead.
What you'll do
- Maintain master timelines, action logs, and run-of-show documents across live programs
- Coordinate vendors, venues, and suppliers — quotes, contracts, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Support registration, delegate communications, and on-site logistics
- Prepare briefing packs, signage lists, and production schedules
- Be a calm, reliable presence on-site during set-up, delivery, and teardown
What you bring
- 1–3 years in events, hospitality, or project coordination
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Confidence with schedules, spreadsheets, and multiple moving parts at once
- Willingness to travel within the GTA and occasionally across Canada
Event / Production Manager +
The role
You own programs end to end. From strategy and budget through vendor governance, run-of-show, and on-site command, you're the single accountable lead our clients rely on. A senior role for someone who has already delivered high-stakes corporate events and can hold a room under pressure.
What you'll do
- Lead planning and delivery for conferences, summits, galas, and stakeholder events
- Own budgets, critical paths, and client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Direct vendors and production partners — AV, staging, catering, venues — to account
- Build and call the run-of-show; lead the on-site team from set-up to teardown
- Deliver decision-ready post-event reporting to client leadership
What you bring
- 5+ years managing corporate or large-scale events end to end
- Proven command of production, technical direction, and vendor management
- Calm, senior presence with executives, speakers, and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across Canada for on-site delivery
Business Development & Client Strategy +
The role
You open doors and build relationships with the organizations that host Canada's most important corporate events. Part strategist, part relationship-builder, you'll grow Keystone's client base through considered, senior outreach — and hand off warm, well-qualified opportunities to our delivery team.
What you'll do
- Identify and engage prospective clients across corporate, association, and institutional sectors
- Own outreach, discovery calls, and the early stages of the client relationship
- Shape proposals and pitches alongside our strategy team
- Represent Keystone at industry events and build a referral network
- Track pipeline and report on growth against targets
What you bring
- 3+ years in B2B business development, sales, or client-facing services
- A polished, professional presence that fits a premium, senior client base
- Excellent written communication and a genuine consultative instinct
- Events, hospitality, or professional-services background an asset
Event Production Specialist (2 openings) +
The role
The hands-on craft of live production. You translate a plan into a flawless room — staging, AV, lighting, technical direction, and show-calling — and keep the show running to the second on the day. Two openings as we scale our production capacity across Canada.
What you'll do
- Own technical production planning: staging plots, AV, lighting, power, and rigging needs
- Brief and manage production vendors and crews to a single standard
- Build and call cue-to-cue run-of-show; manage comms during live delivery
- Lead load-in, technical rehearsals, show, and load-out on-site
- Troubleshoot calmly and keep the program on time when conditions shift
What you bring
- 3+ years in event or show production, technical direction, or AV
- Fluent in the language of the room — staging, patch, comms, cue-to-cue, load-in/out
- A cool head under live conditions and a bias for preparation
- Willingness to travel across Canada and work event hours
