Leadership summit delivery

How we run a leadership summit.

Room and acoustics

Selected for round-table audibility rather than presentation throw. Every participant must be heard by every other participant without passing a handheld microphone across the table.

Discreet technical direction

Audio coverage without a visible system. Displays sized to a seated boardroom sightline. Cabling dressed and secured before participants enter. Crew positioned outside the eyeline and on comms.

Syndicate design

Breakout rooms pre-built and standing ready, so splitting the group takes ninety seconds rather than fifteen minutes of furniture and cable movement.

Confidentiality controls

NDAs where required, a written recording policy agreed before the room is built, managed device policy, secure content handling and a crew briefed on the room they are working in.

Materials under version control

Pre-reads, board packs and syndicate materials produced against a content deadline with a named owner, not assembled the night before.

Output pack

Decisions, actions and owners captured during the session and issued to participants afterwards — the artefact that determines whether the summit changed anything.
